Terms of use
Last updated
By using D Puzzle Game, this website or the Telegram bot @DypherBot, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
A free side project
D Puzzle Game is free and non-commercial. There are no purchases, and nothing in the game has money value: achievements and leaderboard places are for fun only.
The game is provided as is. There is no guarantee that it works without errors, stays online or keeps your progress. It can change or shut down at any time without notice.
Fair play
Do not try to break, overload or abuse the bot or its servers, and do not use the game in ways that break the law or Telegram’s rules. Access can be blocked if you do.
Liability
As far as the law allows, there is no liability for any loss that comes from using the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Telegram
The game runs inside Telegram, so the Telegram Terms of Service and the Terms of Service for Bots apply too.
Privacy
How data is handled is explained on the Privacy page.
